Tom Poulson
Renowned for his musicality and artistry, Tom Poulson is widely regarded as one of the leading and most versatile musicians of his generation. He was placed 2nd at the prestigious Aeolus International Competition for Wind Instruments, also winning the Trumpet and Contemporary Performance prizes, and now combines his performing around the world with being the Trumpet Teacher and Head of Brass at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden.

Teaching
Tom is currently the Trumpet Teacher and Head of Brass at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden, and has given masterclasses for brass and chamber music in many of the leading Music Conservatoires in Europe and the USA. His teaching goal is to help the student find their most natural and efficient way to use their instrument so that they can allow their playing to match their musical goals.
